Founded by Lynda Granoff, Pointer Properties is a locally owned brokerage serving North Florida. With years of experience as a full-time Realtor, Lynda built Pointer Properties on the belief that every client deserves hands-on guidance, honest advice, and a stress-free real estate experience.

Meet Laura As a lifelong native of Lake City/Columbia County, Laura has worked in the local government public service sector for the past 34 years, with 30 of those years spent in the Building & Zoning Department, before launching her real estate career in January 2019. She retired from the City of Lake City as the Community Development Administrator. What a blessing to contribute to the growth and development of her hometown that she dearly loves! She served on the Community Redevelopment Advisory Committee and the Columbia County Planning & Zoning Board, as well as being a Trustee of the Lake City Pension Board. Additionally, she served as vice chairman of the Local Mitigation Strategy Committee, which prepares the County and City for natural disasters and FEMA disaster assistance. Her goal is to utilize her lifetime of experience & knowledge to provide her clients with the absolute BEST real estate service possible. In her spare time, she enjoys time with her family on the rivers & many world-renowned natural springs in the area. North Central Florida truly is a hidden gem and a wonderful place to live & raise a family!
